CHALLENGE | BUDGET & TIGHT SCHEDULE
Early during the budget phase of the Broadstone Centennial projects, concerns arose. Future Broadstone Centennial residents’ sophisticated, connected lifestyle demanded modern design and functional savvy throughout living spaces, yet the budget for surface materials could not be sky-high. Real Floors Commercial (tile installer) worked on a tight installation schedule and expressed concerns about meeting grand opening dates.
